Leasing from the Official ISUZU Distributor
If you need to buy a vehicle but don't have the full amount, purchasing via leasing is a convenient option. Leasing means renting a vehicle with the option to acquire ownership later. It is a tool for business development, allowing you to regularly update your fleet without withdrawing significant funds from circulation.
VELES Company offers its clients many financing options and vehicle purchase deal structures, depending on the client company's business plans.
We act as a company that defends the client's interests before leasing companies and is also ready to offer our own programs. In matters of financing, including which product with what effective interest rate should be finalized and for what term, we understand better than any other official commercial vehicle dealer.
ISUZU Leasing Programs:
- leasing of trucks and commercial vehicles;
- 0% leasing with no markup up to 24 months (installment plan);
- leasing with 0% down payment;
- used vehicle leasing;
- leasing for individuals, including sole proprietors;
- subleasing, with the possibility of assignment (cession) of rights under the leasing agreement;
- vehicle rental with purchase option (individuals and legal entities);
- long-term truck rental (without purchase option);
- operating leasing;
- leasing of equipment for commercial vehicles (refrigerated vans, crane trucks, and other special superstructures).
Leasing Advantages:
- You do not withdraw significant funds from circulation;
- Accelerated depreciation and reduced property tax payments;
- Ability to include additional services in the leasing agreement, including car insurance;
- Compared to a loan, the vehicle markup in case of leasing is significantly lower;
- Since the leasing company buys the vehicle for itself, and you rent it until full buyout, you do not pay property tax. Additionally, you save on profit tax, as leasing payments are attributed to cost price;
- No collateral is required to acquire a vehicle via leasing.
Leasing Terms:
- Down payment from 5%;
- Leasing term from 12 to 60 months;
- Interest rate from 12% per annum;
- Annual markup from 4%;
- Minimum document package;
- Leasing subject — new vehicle or used vehicle (vehicle age not more than 10 years)
- Registration for an individual is possible;
- Registration for a newly opened organization or sole proprietor is possible.
Leasing calculation depends on the vehicle cost, down payment, selected equipment, client reliability, and required leasing term.
The leasing company is the owner of the equipment. If for any reason you cannot make the necessary payments on time, the leasing company has the right to reclaim the property transferred under the agreement before the buyout.
