1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") has been developed and is applied by Limited Liability Company "VELES" (hereinafter referred to as "VELES"), for the purpose of processing and protecting information about individuals who have provided their personal data for processing by "VELES" (hereinafter referred to as "Users"), who use the services, information, programs (including loyalty programs) of the website located at the domain name https://isuzu-import.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
1.2. This Privacy Policy defines the procedure and conditions under which "VELES" processes Users' personal data, both with and without the use of automated means, and establishes procedures aimed at preventing violations of the current legislation of the Russian Federation and eliminating the consequences of such violations related to the processing of personal data.
1.3. The Privacy Policy applies only to this specific Website, does not extend to any other websites, and is not applicable to third-party websites that may contain references to the Website or from which links to the Website may be made. "VELES" does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites to which the User may navigate via links available on the Website.

1.5. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement, posted at https://isuzu-import.com/soglasie/ and governing the relationship between "VELES" and Users.
2. APPLICABLE TERMS AND LEGISLATION
2.1. Personal Data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (User).
2.2. Processing of Personal Data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automated means on personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), de-identification, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
2.3. Confidentiality of Personal Data – a mandatory requirement for any persons who have gained access to Personal Data not to disclose such data without the consent of the owner/subject of the Personal Data or without another legal basis for such disclosure.
2.4. Cookies – a small fragment of data sent by a web server and stored on the User's computer, which the web client or web browser sends back to the web server in an HTTP request each time an attempt is made to open a page of the corresponding website.
2.5. IP Address – a unique network address of a node in a computer network built on the IP protocol.
2.6. Legislation – the legislation of the Russian Federation governing legal relations in the field of personal data processing, including, but not limited to, Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data", and other normative and non-normative legal acts.
3. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of "VELES" to maintain non-disclosure of Personal Data and to ensure the confidentiality regime for personal data that the User provides by filling out forms on the Website for: callback requests, service quality feedback, commercial proposal requests, leasing cost calculation, product analog selection, newsletter subscription, and upon registration/authorization on the Website (if such a service is available on the Website).
3.2. Personal Data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy includes the following information: User's name; contact phone number and email address of the User, and, if the Website registration service is functional, additionally the User's surname and patronymic.
3.3. Disabling Cookies may result in inability to access the full functionality of the Website (User authorization for full access to Website features, identification of recently viewed items and offers).
3.4. "VELES" collects statistics on Users' IP addresses. This information is used to identify and resolve technical issues with the Website and to detect spam.
3.5. Any other personal information not specified above (such as browsers and operating systems used, etc.) shall be securely stored and not disclosed, except in cases provided for in clauses 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy.
3.6. In case the User places Personal Data in sections of the Website with public access, the User makes such Personal Data publicly available and understands that the information posted by them is accessible for review by any visitor to the Website (an unlimited circle of persons) in all countries worldwide where use of the Internet and access to the Website is possible. Accordingly, the User understands and accepts all risks associated with such placement of information, including, but not limited to: the risk of the email address being added to spam mailing lists, the risk of the email address falling into the hands of various fraudsters, the risk of the phone number being obtained by SMS spammers and/or SMS fraudsters, and other risks arising from such public placement of information. The User understands and agrees that "VELES" cannot protect Personal Data placed by the User in publicly accessible sections of the Website and is not responsible for actions of other Users and third parties performed with such Personal Data.
4. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION
4.1. "VELES" collects and Processes personal data for the following purposes:
4.1.1 providing the User with access to personalized resources of the Website;
4.1.2 establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests related to the use of the Website, provision of services, and processing requests and applications from the User;
4.1.3 identifying the list of recently viewed items and offers;
4.1.4 providing the User with effective customer and technical support when problems related to the use of the Website arise;
4.1.5 providing the User, with their consent, with special offers, pricing information, newsletters, promotions, and other information on behalf of "VELES", and sending informational and/or advertising messages;
4.1.6 obtaining statistical and analytical data to improve the functioning of the Website and its services;
4.1.7 verifying the accuracy and completeness of Personal Data provided by the User when posting advertisements on the Website;
4.1.8 creating an account with the User's consent;
4.1.9 identifying Users registered on the Website;
4.1.10 for other purposes, provided that the corresponding actions of "VELES" do not contradict Legislation or the activities of "VELES", and consent has been obtained from the User for such processing.
5. TERMS AND METHODS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
5.1. Processing of personal data is carried out without time limitation, by any lawful method, including in personal data information systems with or without the use of automated means. The User has the right at any time to send a request to "VELES" at the address specified in the "Contacts" section of the Website to terminate the Processing of personal data. "VELES" has the right to continue Processing personal data without the User's consent only if there are grounds established by Legislation.
5.2. The User's Personal Data may be transferred by "VELES" to authorized government agencies of the Russian Federation in the manner and on the grounds established by Legislation.
5.3. "VELES" has the right to disclose the User's Personal Data if such disclosure is necessary in connection with filing a claim or complaint for the purpose of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of "VELES" regarding the User's improper use of the Website.
5.4. "VELES" takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's Personal Data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties.
6. MEASURES TO ENSURE THE SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA DURING PROCESSING
6.1. "VELES" takes the following measures necessary and sufficient to ensure the Confidentiality of personal data:
6.1.1 conducting internal monitoring of compliance of Personal Data processing with Legislation, this Privacy Policy, and internal regulations of "VELES";
6.1.2 familiarizing employees of "VELES" who directly process personal data with the provisions of Legislation on personal data and their protection, with this Privacy Policy, other documents defining "VELES"'s policy regarding Personal Data processing, and internal regulations on Personal Data processing issues; providing training for these employees;
6.1.3 applying organizational and technical measures to ensure the security of Personal Data during their processing in personal data information systems, as required to meet protection requirements;
6.1.4 monitoring the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data and the protection level of personal data information systems.
6.2. "VELES" undertakes to:
6.2.1 use Personal Data exclusively for the purposes specified in Section 4 of this Privacy Policy;
6.2.2 ensure the confidential storage of Personal Data, not to disclose them without complying with Legislative requirements, and not to sell, exchange, publish, or otherwise disclose received Personal Data of the User, except as provided in clauses 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy;
6.2.3 take precautionary measures to ensure the Confidentiality of personal data in accordance with the procedure commonly used to protect such information in current business practice;
6.2.4 block Personal Data relating to a specific User from the moment of receipt of a request or inquiry from such User, their legal representative, or an authorized body for the protection of personal data subjects, for the duration of verification, in case inaccurate Personal Data or unlawful actions by the User are identified.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
7.1. All employees of "VELES" who are authorized to work with Personal Data must familiarize themselves with this Privacy Policy before beginning work with Personal Data.
7.2. All disputes arising under this Privacy Policy shall, by agreement between the User and "VELES", be submitted for consideration to a court at the location of "VELES", subject to compliance with pre-trial dispute resolution procedures. The pre-trial procedure shall be considered complied with after the party whose rights have been violated receives a refusal from the other party regarding the proposed method of dispute resolution, or fails to receive a response to such proposal within the specified timeframe.
7.3. All matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy shall be resolved in accordance with Legislation.
